Hemorrhoids or piles come in two very distinct forms; internal and external. Most people who suffer from hemorrhoids will experience a combination of both forms. In both cases it is easiest to think of a hemorrhoid as a varicose vein of the anal region. Internal hemorrhoids lie inside the anus, whilst external have tend to protrude outside of the anus.
When considering an herbal hemorrhoids medication plan, it is important to note that you cannot treat the hemorrhoids whilst they are bleeding, you need to treat the bleeding first. It is obvious to tell when your external hemorrhoids are bleeding and if there is bright red blood covering your stool, your internal hemorrhoids will be bleeding.
The best herbal hemorrhoids medication that you can use to stop the bleeding is a combination of one teaspoon of cayenne and two teaspoonfuls of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. When this herbal tonic is taken with every meal, bleeding of your hemorrhoids will quickly subside and you can begin treating the cause of your hemorrhoids.
Before treating the cause, it is helpful to understand what caused the hemorrhoids in the first instance. The precise reason that hemorrhoids for is still unknown to this day, although researchers have identified some key factors that increase your risk of developing hemorrhoids and tend to make you hemorrhoids worse. These factors include (but are bot limited to):
Anything that increases pressure in the rectal area. (Even just simply standing up)
Ageing
Obesity
Pregnancy
Chronic constipation
Insertion of foreign objects into the anus (this includes anal sex)
Excessive use of laxatives
Genetics (yes, you can even get them from your parents)
There are many herbal hemorrhoids medications that have been proven to help relieve the symptoms of and to treat hemorrhoids. In the following paragraphs we will discuss those found to be most effective.
Hemorrhoid Symptom Relief
A warm bath for 15-20 minutes has been known to relieve the soreness associated with hemorrhoids, and a paste made from a mixture of heated lard combined with a teaspoon of calomel can be applied directly to the hemorrhoids to aid in continued relief. This paste can be substituted with a cool herbal compress of strong mullein, even plantain is very effective to help sooth and relieve the itching of haemorrhoids.
Haemorrhoid Cause Relief
Butcher’s broom is a fantastic herbal hemorrhoid medication that can be used in a number of ways to combat hemorrhoids. The anti-inflammatory properties and ability to constrict blood cells makes it fantastic in the treatment of hemorrhoids.
Best of all, there are a variety of options for the use of butcher’s broom. It can be taken orally as a tablet or as a tea and can be applied directly to the hemorrhoids as a lotion.
Taking 100mg of rutin in the morning and evening, combined with increasing your intake of vitamin E will also assist in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Horse Chestnuts, also known as buckeye have been used for centuries in both western and Asian medicine in the treatment of hemorrhoids. They contain aescin which will help to increase the elasticity of and strengthen the vein walls. This makes them an extremely valuable herbal hemorrhoids medication.

A good laugh and a long sleep are the best cures in the doctor s book (Irish Proverb). However, getting to sleep is sometimes the problem. With all our pressures, problems and pains of everyday living, it is no wonder that millions suffer from sleep disorders. According to a national survey, 54% of adults said they have experienced insomnia at one time or another. Additionally, back pain, neck stiffness, muscle injuries and menopause can add to sleeplessness.
Today, pillows are not just something fluffy to place beneath our head at night. They are chiropractor approved, sleep doctor designed and specifically created to assist in pain relief, snoring cessation, spinal alignment, neck support, headache relief, joint strain pain, arthritis relief, sleep apnea and much more, while accommodating and stabilizing injuries and conditions. The basic sleeping pillow filled with foam or feathers is a thing of the past.
The fillings for pillows have also changed. Feathers and foam are still available, but new materials have been introduced such as buckwheat hulls, mustard seeds, memory foam and new types of fiber. Added to that are pillows filled with air and/or water and magnetic therapy pillows. These different surfaces provide different types and levels of support for the body and can, over time, heal and correct certain conditions such as degenerative discs, sleep apnea, snoring, insomnia, etc.
How often have you had to punch your pillow into a shape that supports your neck and is comfortable for sleeping? Most of us have had to do this at one time or another. Now, pillows are available in a variety of sizes and shapes. Listed below are a few specific pillows designed to aid sleep:
• Econo Wave Pillow: this pillow has a wavy surface to allow air to circulate while soothing and supporting the neck.
• Buckwheat Hull or Mustard Seed Pillows: these pillows can conform to any shape, come in a multitude of sizes, provide air circulation, help reduce stiff neck and insomnia and come in a variety of scents. Mustard seeds are also believed to relieve backache, joint pain, muscle aches, rheumatism or migraine headaches, while buckwheat hulls provide support and cooling of the head and neck and can help reduce stiff neck and insomnia.
• Air Core Adjustable Pillow: a cervical fiber pillow with a trapezoid shaped center that adjusts the level of support using an air pump and can reduce snoring by correcting blocked airways.
• AquaCore 3 in 1 Pillow: This pillow consists of fiber, resilient foam, plus and easy, fill to your level water cushion that addresses the cause of pain and restores proper neck curvature.
• Leg Spacer: This specialty pillow helps relieve pressure and strain on the lower back, knees and ankles and helps relax muscles while sleeping by placing the pillow between your knees.
• Headache Ice Pillo: This pillow uses medically recommended cold therapy in treating dull, moderate and severe tension or migraine headaches.
• Dreamzz Magnetic Sleeping Pillow: Get a great sleep and wake up refreshed while sleeping on this pillow that produces a calming therapeutic magnetic field that soothes away tension and stress while sleeping.
Pillows are also available for neck support, back support and headache relief:
• The Magnetic Lumbar Pillow is a half roll foam pillow that relieves pain due to muscle strains, sprains, sciatica and herniated discs by delivering a deep penetrating bio north magnetic field.
• The Jackson Roll is a versatile fiber filled support pillow that provides comfort and support for muscle and joint pain, as well as adding curvature to your spine. (I can personally attest that this works to help relieve the pain of degenerative discs.)
• The Soothe A Ciser foam pillow helps relieve headaches and neck pain.
These are just a few of the pillows offered on the market today, along with many others that address specific conditions or injuries. The response of the public to these specialty pillows has been tremendous and will grow in popularity as sleep conditions, sleep disorders and aches and pains multiply. Also, these pillows provide a noninvasive method of relieving and perhaps eliminating pain without medication or surgery.

Acupuncture Points

Time to get started on this topic. Take a few moments to read every aspect of this paper hopefully it will be of great help. The term Acupuncture is a combining of two Latin words 'acus' which means needle and 'pungere' means prick. It is in truth an ancient Chinese medical process in which needles were inserted into patient along some well-defined meridian points. In ancient China, stone needles were exploited for the treatment; then as metals were revealed subsequently needle were made of bronze, silver and even gold. In modern days, needles are made of stainless steel.
Acupuncture points are most crucial part of Acupuncture therapy. These are really the various stimulation points from various body parts. According to ancient theory; all these points have a direct access to stimulate the meridians, which are imaginary channels from where critical energy flows. There are more than 360 input points; when needles are inserted or someway stimulation of these points is done then it either interrupts or stimulates the energy flow.
This interruption or stimulation of points can cause analgesic effect that will cut down or totally eliminate pain. It can even suffer a more strong energy flow which can cure the various health problems. All these Acupuncture points are mapped to Fourteen major meridian lines, for group Twelve inner organs one meridian; one meridian along the spine which is known as governing vessel and one more along the midline of abdomen which is named as conception vessel. The measure that is exploited to find Acupuncture points is named "Cun". Generally one Cun is equal to space between the distal interphalangeal joint and proximal interphalangeal joint on middle finger.
All these Acupuncture points are categorised as per their functions. First category of such Acupuncture points is Five transporting points system: This system explains the flow of vitality (which named as 'qi' in Chinese) exploitation analogy of rivers and points are described as points along the flow line.
According to this system; "qi' bubbles up from a spring and step by step grows in depth and breadth like a river fluent down from mountain to the ocean".In this five transporting system there are points;* Jing well points are the points that bring about energy flow when it bubbles up; these points are placed on tips of fingers and toes.* Ying spring points are where the energy river glides down the channel, these points indicate heat of the body and they also show the changes in our complexion.
* Shu stream; these points indicate heaviness of body along with afflictive areas in joints and intermittent diseases.* Jing river points give indication of cough and dyspnoea, fever and chills and foe bone diseases.* He sea points are where qi unites and heads deeper into the body; these points are useful for indicating diarrhea. The counter flow of qi and these points also indicates the disorders caused by irregular feeding and drinking.
Along with Five transporting points, there are some other sets of points like five phase points, Eleven cleft points, Yuan source points, Luo connecting points, Back shu points, front Mu points, Hue meeting points. Acupuncture treatment is successfully exploited to treat ear, nose and throat disorders, and then respiratory disorders.

Degenerative Discs Are Reversible

Degenerative Disc Disease is the deterioration of the fragile and thin cartilage between the vertebrae of the spine. Degeneration of the disc, medically referred to as spondylosis, can be notes on x-ray tests by the narrowing of the normal disc space between adjacent vertebrae, thereby causing pain (from mild to severe depending on the amount of degeneration) by the rubbing or touching of the vertebrae bones. This loss of cartilage can be caused by loss of water in the cartilage and usually, but not always, occurs with aging.
However, degenerative discs are reversible. You will probably not hear that from your health care professional. When degenerative discs are detected, the doctors immediately prescribe pain medication and cortisone to reduce the inflammation. However, continued use of cortisone has many serious side effects such as increased appetite and weight gain, water and salt retention, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis, cataracts, and/or stomach ulcers, just to name a few.
The next step following the cortisone is spinal fusion. The goal of spinal fusion is to eliminate the motion of the vertebrae at a spinal segment, thus reducing pain caused by the motion. This is done by one of two ways, either by using metallic screws and rods/plates or inter-body cages to immobilize the spine, which can loosen, break or pull out of the bone. Plus, more pain could result if the operation is unsuccessful, thereby leading to additional procedures and subsequent pressure placed on the neighboring discs, and the progression is repeated.
I suffered from degenerative discs and through exercise was able to reverse it. The bones that were degenerative were at my waist and developed because I didn’t have curvature in my lower spine, thereby making the cartilage between the bones in the lumbar region degenerate. By exercising to open up the degenerative discs, I was able to build up the discs and even lost ½ inch in height because the curvature was put back into my spine. By working with my chiropractor on a regular basis to keep my spinal cord aligned and in correct adjustment, exercising my back by specific exercises targeting the area of disc degeneration, and wearing either a back belt and/or using special seat cushions and pillows, the degenerative discs were reversed.
The exercise the worked for me because of the specific area of my spine (the lumbar area) that degenerated was the yoga cobra pose. This exercise is great for people with lower back pain and decreases stiffness in the lower back, enlarges the chest and strengthens the arms and shoulders.
To perform the cobra pose:
Step 1: Lie on your belly while your head rests on your lower arms.
Step 2: Raise your forehead, look upwards and stretch your hands backwards. Let your weight rest on your chest.
Step 3: The head falls a little backwards towards your back and the backward movement proceeds from the neck and the chin. Move your belly further backward as if someone is pulling your arms. The weight is more and more shifted towards the belly and the lower back does the real work.
This exercise opens up the space between the vertebrae, thereby building up the cartilage between the discs. Also, drink a lot of water to hydrate the body, but more specifically the cartilage.
This exercise only works for the degenerative disks that degenerated at the front of the spine (facing forward). For exercising different types of degenerative discs, the recommendation would be to exercise in order to open up the side that lost the cartilage.
The reversal of the degenerative discs does not happen overnight, but takes time and consistency.; however, the result is pain free with no adverse side effects.
Foot and Leg Pain Discovery

Pain! Foot pain! Plantar fasciitis pain! Shin splints pain! Heel spurs pain! It sure isn't any fun!
How many times have you been on your feet a lot and couldn't wait to sit down? It has happened to most of us. It could have been from blisters or...new shoes which didn't fit right or...kicking a chair when wandering around in the middle of the night or...or....
Or it could have been something which just would not let itself get fixed. It could be something which specially made shoes or pain pills just could not fix. And by the time the surgery would be finished, too much damage may have been done to ever get it right again. Hopefully it has not gone that far yet because possibly, just possibly a simpler fix is on the horizon.
Good news! A new discovery about how the foot arch works points the way to relief of a number of foot and leg pains as well as flat feet. True, it may not work for all foot or leg problems. Nothing can promise that. In fact, any one pain or problem can come from any number of causes.
However, it can be shown that upsets like certain foot or leg problems and pains can be created when the foot arch is not working right. Who knows?...that pesky pain may just respond. Nothing tried, nothing gained. Why not find out more?
Yes, the foot arch. The new discovery is that the foot arch is created using certain muscles in certain ways. The discovery comes from the direction of engineering science, not medical science. The engineering principles are taught in architecture school. The way roof arches were built in old European churches gave the first clue. Then the application of engineering theory completed the project.
Although the entire theory will not be given here, some of the background will be explained.
Even if the feet seem to have good arches, there may be something in the way they are used which causes the foot or leg pain. And if it does not hurt now, something may change in the future which could be easily fixed if one knows what follows.
Although a foot is apparently well arched, improper use of the foot can cause pain. The foot is made to hurt when not being used correctly as a warning to shape up.
Here is what happens.
A joint is where two bones meet. Ligaments hold the bones together at the joint. Remember the last time you cut a chicken up for the pot? The tough white material holding the bones together at the joints are the ligaments.
What if you had no ligaments? Just imagine sleeping and turning over several times in the night. You might wake up with several toe bones mixed in with your ribs, a knee cap in your mouth and a shoulder blade mixed up with your toes. Rather a funny picture when you think about it. Don't worry, as long as you have your ligaments it won't happen. That is a main job of the ligaments
When you get out of bed and start putting loads on your bones and joints, you will find that the ligaments by themselves just are not strong enough to carry the load. That is why you also have muscles to hold your bones together at the joints. The muscles can carry much more load than the ligaments.
Besides holding the bones together at the joints, the muscles have a much more important job to do. They move your bones around. When you reach up to scratch your cheek, muscles in your arm move your hand. When you run, muscles in your legs move your feet. You get the idea.
Muscles do need to rest and get repaired during sleep. That is when the ligaments do their main thing. However, sometimes muscles stop doing their job when carrying a load during the day. Here is when ligaments really have an important backup job, but they don't like it. Taking over the job of muscles is too much for a ligament, and it screams (ie, hurts) in protest.
Ligaments are the backup system which holds bones together at the joints when the muscles are not working as they should.
Here is an experiment to get more understanding. Some few people have something unusual in their arm which does not let this work. Those people can try a similar experiment using another joint. Also, if overdone it may cause pain or damage. So, to take special care that no injury occurs, only do it with the permission and supervision of your health care provider. If your health care provider does not agree that it is okay for you to do this experiment, do not attempt it.
Hold your right arm out with the palm down. Relax the muscles in your right arm so that the hand flops limply down from the wrist. Now, using your left hand, push on the back of your hand, forcing your right wrist to bend more than it was meant to. If you push enough, the wrist will hurt. Don't damage your body. Only do it enough to get the idea.
When you get the idea, move your left hand away. Keep your right arm out with the palm down. Next, contract the muscles in the back of your right arm which will pull your hand up until your wrist is not bent so much.
This time, using those muscles in your right arm, Do Not Let Your Right Wrist Bend any more than it already has. Then, with your left hand, press on the back of your right hand again, trying to bend your right wrist. As long as you do not let your right wrist bend, you will find that it does NOT hurt, no matter how hard you push with your left hand. You can now relax and I will tell you the theory of what is happening.
In any well-engineered machine such as a jet plane, space shuttle or even many cars the important systems, such as brakes in cars, have back up systems which operate when the main (primary) system breaks down. When the main system has failed and the back up system starts operating, there are loud bells and bright flashing red lights to let the operator know that there is something wrong which needs to be fixed.
In the human body, when the muscles stop operating and the ligaments start carrying a heavy load across the joint between bones, pain is the loud bell and flashing light which lets the operator (you) know that something is wrong. In your wrist you already know which muscles to operate.
A similar system in your feet hurts when the foot arch muscles do not operate right. This can affect the ligaments which hold your foot bones together. It can also affect the ligaments which hold the two bones in the lower leg together as in shin splints.
All the information cannot be put into this article. There is more at the web sites and in the books: "Muscle N' Bone" and "How To Use the Foot Arch Correctly."
Back Pain's Newly Discovered Cause
by: ddenlinger
Total views: 253
Word Count: 621
This article is about a cause of back pain which most people, including doctors, don't understand.
This back pain cause is not disease such as cancer or arthritis. It is not injury such as falling off a ladder. Also, it is not a mentally caused pain...it is a very real pain.
This back pain is caused by incorrect use of voluntary muscles. Voluntary muscles are muscles you can control. Do this. Lift your arm. There you used voluntary muscles.
You can cause pain by using, or not using, your voluntary muscles incorrectly. By using one hand to bend the fingers of your other hand backward you can cause pain. This is an example of incorrectly using voluntary muscles and causing pain.
This discovery, called Denlinger's Discovery(TM), is about another cause of pain throughout the human body and how to fix it. Denlinger's Discovery came about by applying engineering basics to the human body. Using these engineering basics one can also increase the load carrying capability of the body. In this article we'll only look at one function, of several functions, of the back.
In 1759 a Switzerland born scientist named Leonardo Euler (1707-1783) developed the first, most basic formulas about the relationship of the height to the thickness of a column. A summary of this formula is that the thinner a column or post, as compared to its height, the more likely it will fail (ie, break) by bending rather than by crushing. Also, if the column has supports in the middle to keep it from bending, it will be able to carry a much heavier load.
Here's an experiment you can do. get a long, skinny twig from a tree or bush. Stand it up on a table vertically and push down on the top with a finger. Feel how easily it bends. If you push too hard it will break. Next, place your other hand on the side to keep it from bending so much and press down on the top again. Feel how much stronger the twig is now.
You can see an example of this principle applied in daily life by looking at a very tall television transmission tower. Typically these towers have wires, called guy wires, going from the middle (often from quarter, half and three quarter points or more) down to the ground. These guy wires keep the tower from bending in the middle, so it can carry a load to a much greater height.
The spine in the lower back of the human body has voluntary muscles which can act like guy wires to keep the spine from bending from side to side. Looking in the Doctor's Bible, "Gray's Anatomy", you can see these muscles in one of the drawings looking at the rear of the body. These muscles are called "quadratus lumborum" (they are shown in a posterior view of the back and described in the section on Deep Muscles of the Abdomen). Correctly using these voluntary guy-wire-type muscles per Euler's formulas could fix a problem called scoliosis. Currently doctors use braces and even surgery to correct scoliosis. As long as the muscles and nerves are in place and not damaged and the person is willing and able to learn how to use them and s/he then trains his or her guy-wire-type muscles the scoliosis problem could be fixed by correct use of voluntary muscles.
The same basic principle of preventing too much bending, using other muscles, can be applied in another direction to strengthen the spine by preventing too much curve forward and backward. There are other engineering basics which can be applied to the back and other parts of the human body which will be covered in other articles.

Prevent Sweating

Knowing that you need to better understand this topic I recommend that you take 5 minutes to read what we have to say. Surly there are variety of ways and means to prevent sweating, but not all of them will work for everyone. Consequently the cause why there are virtually so many thousands of treatments and remedies to prevent sweating.
The trick is to finding the right preventive method for you. And the central to that lies in knowing your body. Learned what your perspiration triggers are, knowing what conditions lessens your sweat, and what conditions makes your stop altogether.
We need to know that antiperspirants and deodorants don’t always work, and the product you have been using might have doomed its affectivity for you. Not everyone can use the same product for long time without the body beginning to build up some character of opposition against it. This is one good ground to rotate your antiperspirants and deodorants. It not only keeps your body on its toes, but it also gives it a much needful change.
There are of course, other ways to forestall perspiration which doesn't make use of commercially useable antiperspirants and deodorants. Some people find that the chemic substances and compounds to be found in these products are not to their taste and select the use of something nearer to nature, such as a crystal rock deodorant.
These kinds of deodorants are supposed to work wonders, and although they don’t preclude perspiring per se, it does help to rid of the odor causation bacterium which gives your sweat that stale odor. Ginger – One of the Most Commonly Recognized Chinese Herbs

When people speak of exotic Chinese Herbs, we usually may not think of the common cooking ingredient called ginger as being one of these Chinese Herbs – but yes, it is. What we use as a cooking ingredient would be the so-called edible root of the plant which in reality is not a root but rather a rhizome. Though ginger is acknowledged to have its roots in China, this is one of the most commonly recognized Chinese Herbs around because ginger is now also cultivated widely in other Asian countries, India, West Africa, and even in the Caribbean.
The ginger plant itself has the scientific name of Zingiber officinale. The ginger rhizome is usually called the ginger root, and many cooks are familiar with the aroma of this rhizome because of the essential oils that contribute to its distinctive scent. Among Chinese Herbs, ginger can be said to have the unique capacity to stimulate saliva production in those who consume or even just taste it.
Chinese Herbs are often used in Chinese cuisine not just as a flavoring but also because of their reputed benefits to the body. You may find Chinese Herbs like ginger often employed in meat dishes and seafood dishes because of ginger can complement the flavor of the meat or seafood well. Among the Chinese Herbs, ginger can either be used as an extract (or when the juice is squeezed from the ginger root); as ginger powder for breads; as fresh ginger for cooking; and to add to certain recipes like gingerbread. You might be surprised to that Chinese Herbs like ginger can even be incorporated into popular drinks like ginger ale and ginger beer.
Western cuisine and medical treatment has already absorbed the practice of using some Chinese Herbs like ginger to make snacks (such as ginger snaps); or to spice up the Western-style hot tea or coffee. Though technically considered one of the main Chinese Herbs, ginger also goes by a variety of other names too because it is now widely cultivated in many other countries and widely used in their cuisine as well.
Chinese Herbs are often used for medical purposes and ginger is no exception to this rule. One reason Chinese Herbs are integrated as an ingredient of some medical preparations is to alter the taste of the product to make it more palatable to the patient consuming the medical product. Ginger is known to be effective against colic, dyspepsia and the common cold (which is why you might be advised to drink ginger powder as a tea.) However, as with all Chinese Herbs, you need to be cautious about ingesting ginger in combination with certain pharmaceutical products (particularly warfarin) because ginger may contraindicate with these medicine. Chinese Herbs like ginger may also produce health results that are far from those desired – for instance, ginger should never be taken by gallstone patients since ginger is known to make the gallbladder secrete bile instead. This counters the commonly held belief that Chinese Herbs may automatically be beneficial to your health.
The role of Chinese herbs in Chinese cooking and Traditional Chinese Medicine

When we speak of Chinese herbs, we are technically referring to herbs sourced straight from China. Chinese herbs are commonly employed for Chinese cooking but may also have medicinal properties that make them ideal to use in Traditional Chinese Medicine too. There are a mind-boggling number of the known Chinese herbs (more than three hundred, at last count) which have reputedly been used in various ways for around 2000 years or so.
Generally, Chinese herbs might either be boiled as a hot tea for at least an hour for the patient to sip, or the Chinese herbs could be incorporated into honey bound pills. The most common purpose for using Chinese herbs is for their health benefits, since these Chinese herbs can reportedly make the human body stronger when the herbs are consumed. Chinese herbs which have developed a strong following are Ginseng, salvia, rhubarb, rehmannia, peony, ephedra sinica, licorice, hoelen, ginger, coptis, cinnamon bark, cinnamon, bupleurum, atractylodes, astragalus, and Dong Quai. Among this list of commonly used Chinese herbs, the one which many might be very familiar with is Ginseng (because of the many commercial products that claim to use this herb as an ingredient.) Much of the Ginseng being used for these commercial products would be made up of the Red Panax ginseng variety which is more affordable than the more highly prized Wild Ginseng variety.
Though not technically part of the Chinese herbs category, there is what is known as American ginseng too, which was employed by Native Americans for their own type of health care treatments.
Are Chinese herbs safe to use? Those who strongly believe in Traditional Chinese Medicine would probably be very convinced that Chinese herbs are very effective, but anyone who is trying out Chinese herbs for the first time (as part of Chinese cuisine or as part of a Traditional Chinese Medicine program of treatment) should always practice caution before ingesting any Chinese herbs. This is because the Chinese herbs that might work for one person might not necessarily work for another. More alarming is the prospect that certain Chinese herbs might even be dangerous for some individuals to use, especially if they happen to be allergic to those Chinese herbs, or if the person is on some commercial drug preparation that might contraindicate with some Chinese herbs. If you are planning to use Traditional Chinese Medicine to complement your conventional medical treatment program, you should always consult your physician first before taking any Chinese herbs on your own. This is for your own protection. Though admittedly various Chinese herbs (like ginger which even Westerners are very familiar with in these modern times) are probably safe to consume on a regular basis, many Chinese herbs are unfamiliar to Western medical practitioners so it is prudent to incorporate such Chinese herbs into your diet and medical treatment slowly – maybe even one at a time – to observe the effects on your body.

This is because hair loss in men is attributed to the presence of a by-product of the male hormone testosterone, so the condition of your scalp may show whether your hair loss is due to this phenomenon or other medical conditions.
You should also have your hair and scalp examined prior to using the 101G hair regrowth product to determine if you are simply suffering from reversible hair loss or are actually experiencing Male Pattern Baldness already. Because your 101G hair regrowth product is based on extracts of natural Chinese herbs, it is safe to use while also using other hair care products such as your regular shampoo and conditioner, and styling products like a mousse, gel and hairspray. The manufacturer does recommend though that you give your hair and scalp time to absorb your application of the 101G hair regrowth product, and dry out, before applying any mousse, gel or hairspray to style your hair with.
The manufacturer advocates that you adhere to a regular regimen of treatment with the 101G hair regrowth product for a prolonged period of time to experience the best results you can get for your hair loss problems. This will assure that you can halt baldness before it becomes unmanageable. If for any reason you may have to stop taking the 101G hair regrowth product you need not worry that your newly grown hair will fall out, but it is generally recommended you consistently use the 101G hair regrowth product anyway.
